These terms apply to https://ilongriver.top, the marketing site for Visual Engine. The editor itself is a separate web application at a different address and may be governed by its own terms. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

What this site is

This is an informational site. It has no account system, no payment flow and no user-generated content. Nothing on it is sold, and no subscription or licence is granted through it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• scrape or republish the content in a way that misrepresents who wrote it;
• use the site in violation of applicable law.

Open-source software

Parts of the project are published as source code on GitHub. Use of that code is governed by the licence stated in the repository, not by these terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of features and interfaces may change without notice, and the site may be unavailable at times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
